Stetpak with dissolved air floatation (DAF) second stage treatment.

Equipment was installed by Falmouth Oil Services who receive ships bilge water, slops and also oil water from road tankers.

The free oils are removed in the Stetpak and the emulsified oils are removed in the DAF unit.

The final effluent is designed to be sufficiently low to achieve a substantial reduction in discharge costs.

Estimated payback period of 18 months.
